License Issuance
A Takahē License is only granted if the organisation meets all criteria, including:
100% local service delivery
no outsourcing of core service functions
alignment with the Blue Moon principles
accurate and complete declaration
If the organisation does not meet the criteria, the application is declined and the license is not issued.
